Little Things Today : 

Locating matching pairs of socks in the dark.

Finding out that I'm going to have an opportunity to see friends while on travel for work.

One french fry in a container of onion rings. 

Walking into a store and seeing they accept tap to pay.

So much leftover ice cream cake from birthday celebration that it lasts over a week.

Getting more toothpaste out of an "empty" tube.

Story from the other day:
I was driving at the speed of those cars around me. I look at my digital speedometer that read 55 mph in the 40 mph. I slow down immediately knowing that the road I was currently on is well-known for having a police speed trap; two of my close friends have gotten stopped for speeding in the same area. Just when I slow done to 50 mph, I see the police car... My heart sped up instantaneously as he slowly pulls out; I thought my chance to see my over 25 year old insurance rate drop was over. 

But fortunately, just like many previous situations, the police pulled over the car that is ahead of me. What a relief!
