Advertisements Galore!

Advertisements are everywhere, no matter if you want to believe it or not. Escaping advertisements would be as impossible as not seeing a black cat on Friday the 13th. Well, not exactly... but you get my point. Watch a show on television, visiting Facebook, Google searching, watching cute animal videos, driving to your neighbor's house, and even checking mail you'll find advertisements.
I'm pretty sure 10,000,000 spam emails equates to one piece of actual spam mail that is delivered. And that number may not be large enough since spam takes a single click while delivered spam mail must be thrown away and sometimes ripped apart (I'm afraid of identity theft). And at least the email spam is ridiculous and hilarious, yeah I'll tell you all my personal information for a transfer of 10 millions dollars into my bank with a gorgeous mail-order wife! Who wouldn't do it!?
But even those emails get uninteresting eventually. So companies are looking for outrageous and original methods to promote their brand/product. One great example is shown above with Audi and BMW with billboards. And a few weeks ago at a bar, I found a great example of advertising on coasters:

Yes, that is a coaster that also acts as a ring measure because let's be honest, how many people know their ring sizes (I'm really asking the guys this one). And what a sneaky way for a guy to get a girls ring size without even asking for it! (That would be a great plan! The ultimate surprise?)
And the ads on the internet that take up the entire screen that can be close to a small box are the worst! Half the time you don't mean to click it. Absolutely terrible.
