Amazon Echo Remorse

It is yet another Prime Day and the Amazon Echo is front and center once again. Every time the Amazon Echo is on sale, I feel remorse because I didn't buy it for $99 when I had the following invitation:

To this day, I don't remember why I didn't buy it (It was $30 cheaper than it is now during the Prime Day sale). I attempted to search this blog on if I thought the device was an awful idea, but I didn't find that. I didn't find anything about the Amazon Echo release, which probably meant that I was just confused on the product. There must have been a reason I requested an invite to buy the Amazon Echo.

Now, I'm regretting not buying it. The Echo has become an amazing product and with more integrations, it's constantly getting better. The far-field voice recognition is simply incredible. I don't know anyone that has an Echo that doesn't love it.
