Back in the 401

Well I'm finally back in the 401. For those who don't know, it is only the best state ever, Rhode Island! Yesterday was quite a long day. With the day starting with a half day at work then starting the journey back to RI with my cousin and Electra. With the beautiful sights of wind turbines across the midwest. The beautiful areas not filled with houses and commercial businesses are nice to see. For parts of the adventure back, it rained. I love driving in the rain on the highway ever since putting Rain X (Yes, I'm living advertising) because the rain just dances off the windshield! It's great not having to use the windshield wipers while the rest of cars do.
One thing I notice every time I travel is that McDonald's has a chokehold on that market. Whether on the rest stops or at airports. The other fast food places are very sparse in comparison to Mickey D's. I will not complain due to the wonderful tastes of their fast. One thing about McDonald rest stops are that they are all the same in appearance! Everything I think it's Deja Vu and continuously wonder if I've been to this one before. I must have, it smells and looks the same. No, this one's in New York, not New Jersey. Now I'm all confused.
The Pennsylvania stretch is a terrible one to go through. There are no sight besides one, open grass areas. But at least the highway speed limit is 65mph. One negative part about the east coast, 55 mph speed limits on the highway. And at night it's just you and the road. No lights to be seen except the rare street lights and rest stops. It's relaxing but dull after a while.
The feeling of getting out of the car after hours of driving or flying is so amazing. It's like you learn how to walk again. Stretching the legs to make sure you regain feeling of them after being numb sitting in a single seat for hours on end.
