Boarding Flights

Every time I fly somewhere, it seems like the boarding zone and memberships get more complicated. Military people can board at any time. Anyone that has disabilities or children may go on next. Then depending on the airlines it's first class then it get confusing. You have platinum members, gold members, double gold members, Delta Sky members, VISA Signature, something movie members, and other various clubs to make people feel special. It's become an advertisement for all these companies. Then, you board by zone. On the plane I just boarded, the zone numbers made no sense. I don't think the zones were by order of the seats.

Wouldn't it just be easier and more efficient to board from the back to the front? Then, the receptionist for the flights wouldn't have to memorize all those crazy memberships.
