Carrying Luck and More

There are items that most people carry that are essential to functioning in their everyday lives including phones, keys, and wallets. But some people wear or carry objects that have sentimental value or provide luck through superstitions. Jewelry is common, ranging from rings from a long lasting (hopefully) marriage to a necklace from an ancestor. Others often carry a small item like a coin, a bunny's foots, or even a colt.
While I have a few things on me majority of the time that I carry for superstitious and sentimental value, only one is visible: my necklace, one side snake, one side happiness/good fortune (Fu). This silver chain with the rectangular pendant hasn't left me since receiving it when I was eleven or twelve. It been through countless hours of sleep, showers, and tennis matches; outlasting my high school class ring and LiveStrong bracelet (snapped but would have stopped wearing it due to recent events). As a result, this simple piece of jewelry exudes emotional meaning; it cannot be fully depicted through just words. The aspects of significance range from superstition to family to the person I am and hope to be.
The other items? Well, they'll just have to remain a secret for now. One of them may or may not be a totem to test whether I'm in reality or in someone else's dream.
What do you carry and why? If you don't want to share what your totem is, I fully understand.
Maybe I'll get a Luck-y Colt jersey to wear all the time.
