Chromebook: ASUS C300

Since Dell support was so horrendous and I wanted to stay with a Chromebook, I bought a ASUS C300. It's a beautifully designed machine especially it's in my favorite color (which the new Macbook Pro is rumored to have!!!).

Besides the look, it's a good performing Chromebook especially at the outstandingly low price of $250 (after about a month of use). One of the negatives of the Dell Chromebook was that the fan would frequently turn on audibly loud enough to be an annoyance. This ASUS Chromebook is fan-less (made possible by the Intel Bay Trail processor). The keyboard is very similar to the Dell (clicky and crisp) but the trackpad performs better on the ASUS. But I'm happy with the ASUS C300! (Though I am jealous of the Acer Chromebook 13's specifications; that 1080p display...)

The packaging was quite dazzling too!
