Creature of Habit
As humans, we like to form habits. It creates a sense or comfort in a world of surprises. It could be going to sleep routine (exercise, browsing the web, brushing teeth), going to the same restaurants to cook, what you do to prepare for games, or even pooping at the same time everyday.
What are some of your weird habits?
My weird habit is being able to scheduled on flights that are constantly cancelled or delayed. I probably will somehow be delayed today, even in no severe weather. Oddly enough, that's not my eccentric habit; I like to "crack" my elbow followed by my wrists.
One of the worst ways to throw off my day is waking up early. I had to do that for a flight this morning. The effects are horrible. It ruins my regular bathroom schedule and my eating schedule. Waking up hours earlier than usual sets the precedent for the entire day to be off. While I felt groggy and sluggish while driving to the airport in a less than pleasant mood, it feels good to have started my day early. I feel like I can take on the world! That feeling will last until I die around midnight... Remember only the weak sleep on the same day they wake up.
Update: Looks like I woke up early for no reason as my connection flight was cancelled. I correctly predicted this terrible situation. It's going to be a long day. I am prepared for a string of cancellations and delays.
