Dealbreakers

Another good friend got engaged today! It made me think about finding the right girl for me. Of course, there are some aspects that will absolutely be instant dealbreakers. Some things that came to mind at first are someone who smokes (and not willing to quit), someone that does not want kids in the future, and pessimists.

But once I put more thought into it, I realized finding the right qualities in a significant other is much comprehensive than I had expected. And many of these qualities are dealbreakers. These traits include being willing to dynamic (not stubborn to all changes), willing to put up with my stupid humor (since it's nearly constant), having an active lifestyle, being well-rounded, and so much more. Other characteristics include caring and loving but this one is so difficult judge since everyone displays affection in various ways.

Then, there are so many more aspects to relationships that aren't critical but add to it. After all this thinking about relationships purely theoretically , it's really difficult to conceive how so many people have found life-long partners.
