Done Buying Burgers
I don't understand why I continue to buy burgers at restaurants when I can cook them at home. I seem to be constantly disappointed in the beef burgers that I order at places (So dry and overwhelmed with spices/sauces/toppings). This week, I relearned that home-cooked burgers are the best. And with a cast iron skillet, it's pure indulgence. Just some cheese, salt, pepper, and ketchup. One flip and less than 10 minutes. You have a juicy cheeseburger that is filled with the natural flavor of the beef. And it's much cheaper!

The only downfall of all it all? The smoke that fills the room even with the door and window open. But at least cleaning the skillet is quick.
Here's a foodie!
