Drive By
My day started earlier than usual as I woke up a hour before the sunrise in order to hike a few more trails in Cuyahoga Valley National Park before driving to Rhode Island. I encountered even more spectacular sights in Ohio than I expected; I saw deer playing with each other, heard woodpeckers peck clearly in the middle of the woods, and I even walked passed a skunk two feet away fearing it would spray me (I'm sure I was more afraid of it than vice versa).
After the hikes, my drive to the Ocean State began; begin adventurous, I took Interstate 90 instead of 80 like I always did before. This way I could avoid most of Pennsylvania and Friday New York City traffic. I'm not sure it's any better; it is longer in distance and cost more because of the tolls. I should really get an EasyPass so I don't have to see the nerves of people who cut the cash lines; they are the worst type of people. It was a long drive...
My first stop was, of course, Del's Lemonade! I forgot my house keys in Fort Wayne so I had to grab them from my father but it turned out fantastically since my best bud DK and I got a completely free dinner (Thanks The Islander Restaurant and my father!) But I was upset that I didn't remember my keys for better reasons though. My brand new devices were waiting for me at the house!
Yup! I finally bought my Basis watch after months of waiting! Woot Woot! I actually bought three but two are for some great friends. I'll review the watch after I spend some time with it.
I also got a new phone! I am now a proud owner of a Samsung Galaxy S4! Woot! From my first impressions, it is about the same size as the S3 with a much nicer screen but it also has much more pre-installed useless software.
I'm slightly overwhelmed by my new toys!
