First Pizza
Yup. You probably made you first pizza when your were in grade school. The closest I got to making a Lunchables pizza (with a crunch bar and Capri Sun) but that took an outstanding amount of convincing to my mother to buy it for me. It certainly did not help that the oven at my parents' place was not even slightly calibrated. I grew up in a household without any baking or broiling, so just imagine me when I discovered all the possibilities that a working oven would be presented to me.
Today, I baked my first homemade pizza. Nothing special. Pre-made dough, pepperoni, tiny amounts of mozzarella cheese, and a bell pepper. But I was flabbergasted by the short baking period (8-10 mins). No longer will I buy frozen pizzas that take over a half hour; I could go to the grocery store and buy ingredients and cook a pizza in that amount of time!

Yes, those pepperoni slices are thick. I was starving and rushed through the preparatory stages. But they were so good! No need to remove cheese!
