First Timers
You know how you get special offers when you sign up for the first time? Comcast is infamous for giving deals that only last several months to first time customers; after that time period, they are charged an outrageous amount and many consumers are too lazy to contact their horrendous customer service.

Credit card companies often entice potential customer with sign up rewards. They often include spend a certain amount during a specified time period to get a decently sized reward back; if you're in the market for a credit card and have good credit, you can definitely get advantage of this (here's a page on NerdWallet that may help, the Discover IT is still offering $150 after spending $750 in the first three months). As always, I recommend everyone to get a credit card; it builds credit and earns rewards (as long as you are financially responsible).
On today's morning drive, I noticed that one church (of many in the City of Churches) had a "First Time Parking" sign. The benefits of being a first timer continues... But is parking really something that would encourage a potential worshiper to stay at that particular church?
Where's the love for loyal customers that continue to use certain products/services and help spread the word though mouth-to-mouth (which may be the best type of marketing)?!
