In making progress in achieving my aspirations in athletics like a talented basketball player or an American soccer players, I went against the Bacon Clubhouse Chicken Sandwich at McDonald's. And the packaging was fancy since it was in wax paper; that is the sure sign of quality.

And just look at that bun! It's not crushed and was full and textured like in the commercials. Just like the presentation, the taste was quite great too; the chicken and bacon was particularly crispy. I'm usually not a fan of bacon sandwiches but this was worth it.
The Micky D's sandwich and the free fries that came with it was not a health choice especially for my slight high blood pressure. But I've been adjusting my eating habits. In addition to cooking more often, I've switched to white meats for my lunch sandwich (much less sodium). I've also replaced and added snacks throughout the day with fruits and vegetables including bananas, clementines, grapes, and carrots. Does anyone have any tips on improving my eating habits? (Besides not eating fast food)
