Fort Wayne McDonald's
Last night I was handed the following flyer after purchasing a McRib meal:

Sadly, this "event" didn't bewilder me at the slightest. Fort Wayne is known for being a city with one of the highest obesity rates in America. It has also been ranked to being one of the top cities to consume the most soda (or the incorrect term they use here, "pop"). Corporate food franchises use Fort Wayne as a test area and it's easily visible with all their restaurants around the city.
What does it even mean to break a drive-thru record? Is this a world record or just a local record? I am quite confused. This promotion must definitely will not help the obesity problem...
I didn't mean to bash on Fort Wayne but the obesity rate is an overarching concern throughout the city. This city has so much to offer including great amenities like the minor league sports and the zoo and of course, the friendly people.
