Good Morning Sports

Last night wasn't particularly a good night for my preferences in sports. First the Celtics and then a ridiculous win for Tim Bradley over Manny Pacquiao. The only explanation I have for Tim Bradley winning is that he was more aggressive but that shouldn't always determine the winner. Pacquiao had the better punches all night though. But oh well, there will be less boxing fans out there (at least until Mayweather/Pacquiao).
For major sports in America, games are usually in the afternoon or night. Well, for the people in the eastern and central time zones. The one time I was in California, I was quite surprised and was in discomfort when I was watching a NFL game at 10 in the morning, especially coming from a college student who thought it was difficult enough to get up and watch football (Back then, fantasy football too) at 1. As with anyone else in the Eastern time zone, I have been spoiled by how convenient watching sports is.
But if you're a fan of international games like tennis or soccer, you are not in much luck, especially the ones in the west coast. As an avid tennis watcher, three of the four grand slams (Australian, French, Wimbledon) change my television watching schedule quite a bit. These matches are usually between the hours of 3am-10am, which makes it a bit difficult since my normal sleep schedule is 3am-7am. But as you probably know, my dedication to the sport goes beyond my sleep schedule.
I really enjoy the championship games on Sunday mornings. It's a pleasant change from the usually night games. No beer with watching these games! (Unless... Nope, it's not for me) I mean who doesn't love Breakfast with Wimbledon? What is better than the tastiness of breakfast with bacon and watching a great sporting event? While lazy weekend mornings are fantastic, adding the intensity of watching professional tennis is always welcome.
I can't wait for this match to start again! Let's go Novak! I have been jealous of his brush-like hair for the longest time!
