Google Now And S6 Check-In
Before today, Google Now was one of the most useful features of Android. I say Android because any Android phone can get the Google Now Launcher which has a dedicated homescreen panel for Google Now (the one farthest to the left); there is no need to open an app. I use this feature frequently to check the weather, commute times, get fast directions to popular place (e.g. home), find where I parked, sport scores, order shipping information, things to do around where I am, and so much more.
Now, Google Now will create cards based on information from third-party sources. These sources include Mint (one of my favorite finance apps), Runkeeper, OpenTable, and Spotify.
It's been a month or so since having my Samsung Galaxy S6, so I thought it would be a good time to update on how it's going. I have no complaints after disabling all the bloatware that came pre-installed with the phone. The ability to unlock the phone with the fingerprint is as useful as expected; one click of the home button instead of a unlocked button click and a swipe. The double click of the home button to open the camera application (on any screen) is still my favorite feature of the phone and is the most useful of any phone I think. The camera is amazing quality (better than what I've seen in the iPhone) and I love the wide ratio of the front facing camera:

(Yup, that's a salt block)
I am still looking forward to Samsung Pay, particular the ability to pay nearly everything using the LoopPay's MST technology, which essentially mimics a magnetic card swipe with the phone. This would be a huge step in achieve walletlessness.
