Hair Coloring
The process and concept of hair coloring has always confused me. It's an extremely messy and time consuming (can take a few hours!) process. It's someone painting hair on pieces of tin foil then you are left under a dryer disguised as a brain-washer; and you may gossip with others around or read a gossip magazine. And as a child, I remember my grandma dyeing her hair and it smelt absolutely horrendous.
Hair coloring become such a natural errand just like makeup or getting nails done. As a male, I just don't fully comprehend I guess... I bet it's nice having someone tend to certain aspects while being in a relaxed setting. Maybe I should consider getting my nails done! I'm sure it's better than clipping them at work... (WHO DOES THAT?!)
I assume the praises received for things that you have done by other people are very much meaningless as it is something you pay for it. It's not something that person really worked for like a healthy body. If anything, the person that provided the service should be given the satisfaction, but that's often shown with the best marketing, word-of-mouth, and repeat customers.
