Halloween and more!
What is Halloween about? Is about living like someone/something else for a night or two? Don't many people already live fake lives most days anyways? (I try to do The Best Imitation of Myself) Most commonly said, it's a time where ladies get an opportunity to dress skimpy (often as a cat or nerds [I find this to be offensive, nerds can often be sexy]. And the Internet love cats and nerds). Speaking the Internet, it's impressive to see some of the costumes made by some individuals. One of my favorites:

Growing up, I was never interesting in dressing up for the day. I like to think I was like most children, and I only enjoyed day racing from house to house in order to get pounds and pounds of candy. While Smarties are abundant, they were my favorite and still one of my favorites. I really enjoyed Sweet Tarts, Sour Patch Kids/Watermelon, Gobstoppers, Twix (Not a big chocolate guy), Pixy Stixs, PEZ (Which I haven't had since 7/11/2007), and so much more. So being 23 years old and having no children to do my trick and treating for me, what am I suppose to do? If course I'm not going to go out and buy some, that's an absolutely ridiculous idea. Good thing I have the best brother ever who keeps his promising (Well, eventually. He promised some senseless things as a children.) Either he's hoping I will get sweeter or he's trying to kill me with this gift:

That's about 12 pounds of Jelly Belly's; should take about a week to finish it off.

Continuing with tradition (that started last year) and celebrating Halloween, my friends and I carved some pumpkins! Oh yes! The pumpkin may be the most prominent symbol of Halloween, next to the wicked witch and black cats. So which did I carve? Let's eliminate the least probable ones:

And the correct answer is:

Think I'm not capable of such a beautiful work of art? Here is a picture of the making Baby Kin (Also FrankenYorker being made in the background):

Father and Baby Kin (and someone stealing my picture pose...):

Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to go to a corn maze, hay ride, or a haunted house this year. Like the Detroit Tigers say: "There's always next year..."
Thanks Marv for the pictures! You're the best!
Happy Halloween!
