House Water
In my last post, I wrote "we're so blessed to have an endless supply of drinking (and tasty) water so easily accessible". Well, this morning my apartment complex had a water main break and that readily attainable water supply I spoke of a couple of days ago was gone.

I must say, living without water is much more challenging and intrusive than a power outage. What is particularly difficult is keeping good hygiene including showering and washing off my toothbrush (not used for brushing). Thankfully, one of my habits is leaving numerous numbers of cups of water around my place. This was useful for rinsing my toothpaste and some drinking water. What couldn't be helped was the ability to use the toilet; being wary of the situation, I had to "savor" the only flush I had until the water came back.
For the next few days, I will appreciate the water just a drop more.
