Initiate Golf
Yup, I jumped off the bridge and started being old; I started to learn the game of golf (not sure I can really call it that, though). I played my first nine holes at a nearby course about a month ago (shooting much more than you expect. Think of what I got then add 30 to that.) Then, just last week I was given a golf club set by my brother! So the most expensive aspect of the game was no longer an obstacle. The type of clubs? Well the irons are King Cobras! How fitting!

And my putter? Well, it's as old school as it gets. It's the Patty Berg putter made by Wilson; it's a solid chuck of metal. I'm going to be living proof that it's about the player not the equipment!

So far, I've only hit the driving range trying to get consistent contact with the golf; it may take a few more hours. Good thing the Back Nine driving range has a membership that includes unlimited hitting (golf range and batting cages) for only $79!
My golf equipment has made permanent placement in Electra's trunk with my bowling stuff, shoes, and of course wiffleball stuff. This is how messy cars come to be, isn't it?
