Let The Football Begin!
It's opening week for football! More specifically, college football has began! And to be even more exact, UConn Football is underway. As with the other seasons since I graduated, it seems like it will be a long season for the Huskies. But hope is higher compared to last season with new head coach Bob Diaco. But as a UConn Husky, I know it's going to take a few years to bring back this team to the level that Randy Edsall had once seen.
I'm loving the new logo on the field at Rentschler Field. (Once again, I would like to state how sad it is that the football stadium is no where close to the UConn campus)
What do people think of the new UConn mascot...?
While it may be slightly in line with the new husky logo, I don't think the new mascot is an upgrade. Hopefully there will be some adjustments... Maybe he'll look better in a basketball jersey...
