Life's Pathway

The little things in life make life interesting and barely. It is also the little things that can change life drastically. Finding a 1939 penny can lead to a friend running the New York Marathon which could lead to missing an huge job interview which leads to etc. Isn't the fact that anything (even most minuscule thing) can impact your life in ways you wouldn't have thought of seem crazy to you? That is what makes life so exciting, it's so unpredictable unlike like 99% of the movies made. Do people really enjoy the predictable plots of the movies that make millions? Maybe people like to dream that their life could be like a movie, perfectly paced without the dull aspects of life that usually ends with a happy ending.
We seem to do things outside of our routines in order to give the best outcome of the unforeseen future that may possibly lead to our goals. Life is like a R.L. Stine Choose Your Own Adventure Goosebump book that never ends (well... not really) and has an infinite number of delightful (and unpleasant) outcomes. And to get to the most satisfying adventure, you have to go outside of your comfort zone and be courageous. But Nate Silver only reads his Choose Your Own Adventure book once. The correct way. But if you're not Nate Silver, you'll have to just find out by living life. It's the intrigue of what could happen if you do something that you have never done before that drives us to do what we do. Why do things repeatedly just to get the same old predictable outcome? The possibilities are endless! (seems to be one of my slogans lately) So why not try something new? (I guess there's always a distinct possibility that doing something routine may lead to a new path with unaccountable outside forces... but that's for another discussion)
Who would want to have a life that can be told in two hours? I rather have a life that can be told in eight seasons on television on how I met the love of my life. I'm just joking of course. Life can't be fully told through a film(s), book(s), journal(s), or any other media; there is just too much to tell and way too many prospectives to account for. Each individual will have a tale for themselves and numerous tales for those around them.
Maybe I'm totally wrong. Maybe people do the things they do so their lives can be turned into a feature film and make millions.
On a different note, I may get chocolate wasted tonight (yes, literally chocolate wasted).
