Lunching Food

Everyday, human beings need to eat. What have we always said is the most important thing? Breakfast? No, family. But really it's probably food in general. In a day of work, lunch is definitely the important meal.
Once 11 am strikes, employees head for food and energy in bunches. Some go as far as your desk to eat and some go home.
I like to eat at noon with my peeps in the cafeteria. As my fellow lunching buddies know well, I come into lunch with the same items everyday. It's what is shown above. I write in with my trust Star Wars lunch box with a Camelbak water bottle. Inside the amazing lunch box, is the wonderful Wonder Bread container that has my daily turkey sandwich. Yes, I eat a turkey sandwich 99.9% of the time at lunch. For the past 10 months or so, it was a plain turkey sandwich on 15 grain wheat bread. The past 2 weeks or so, I've added mayo and peanut butter (Yes, peanut butter. It's amazing!) secretly. Now some people know. With lunch I usually have chips (Sun Chips for the win!) and a Yoplait yogurt cup too. What a better break than watching Fox News and chatting with some awesome engineers?! It doesn't get better than that.
But lunch isn't the only time for food during a workday. How can someone survive over eight hours with just one meal. As a result, snacking is a necessity. For the mornings, I usually go with donuts and muffins (Yum, blueberry muffins). The afternoons, I used to eat the sugary honeybuns but I have replaced that with baby carrots. And I end the exhausting workday with a delicious banana (B, A, N, A, N, A, S!)
Sometimes I feel I should switch it up but I like having one part of my day to be consistent. Then, if anything goes wrong, I can always count on my lunch and snacks. What does everyone else do for food during their workday? I'm requesting suggestions! I like anything but coconuts.
