Meaningless Game
Tonight is the Pro Bowl for the NFL and it is for all the marbles... Ummmm, nevermind it actually doesn't affect the regular season or the sport at all. It is just to reward the best players of the season with just another game (With some meaningless amount of money to them but a significant amount for most). It seems to just be the fans but even the fans are disappointed by it too.
If you have heard anything about the Pro Bowl, it's probably something like "Who watches the Pro Bowl? It's the most pointless game ever." Even the biggest NFL fans refuse to watch the sport be diluted by the weak play which is done to reduce football. If you want to watch one play that illustrates the effort of the game, just watch the players on a PAT.
In my opinion, if the best are not going to play the American game of Football at its best, then why not switch it up. They should play the Pro Bowl with two hand touch or flag football. Isn't that how they are playing already and this would further reduce the probability of injuries. And it may make the game more competitive and entertaining.
