Morning Talk Show

Every morning, I turn on the radio to a local radio station that's music and talk show combination. I have always found radio talk shows amusing especially growing up with Giovanni and Kim on 92.3 Pro FM. Both of them have two of the most recognizable voices I have heard in my life, maybe because I listened to them everyday on my way to school in a Plymouth Reliant (then upgraded to a Nissan Maxima). Coming from a completely shy kid (I know right? I was ridiculously shy. I may still be shy?), I never understand how and why these two people talk about the most random things ever; who really cares about how there was no good television shows on the night before?

Since coming to Fort Wayne, I have been listening to a radio talk show that prank calls someone for their birthdays which I think is absolutely ridiculous and obnoxious. And for those people who receive these calls, how can you believe what they say in the slightest?

But I really wonder is: What do they do while music is playing? I know if I were on a talk show (even if the video was streamed online), I would foolishly dance. I would love doing a talk show for that purpose but I probably wouldn't discuss anything like American Idol or Survivor. I would probably discuss technology for the most part and maybe that's probably why I'm not on the radio.

And my personally preference is to keep the face of the voice of the radio hidden from me. I don't want my vision of the radio personnel to be ruined by their actual appearance!
