Mother's Day

I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering exactly 3 Mother's Days ago. It was such an appropriate day to graduate on since the mothers in my life have instilled qualities in much of who I am today. Many college students will (or have) graduate on this Mother's Day (weekend) including a few of close friends (for the second time). I'm extremely proud of those friends.

Their family including their mothers will feel emotions that cannot expressed in just words (especially words written by me). What is it like to see someone grow up into a college graduate? There are not many things in life that you keep with for over 20 years. Graduation, of any sort, is a opportune time to recall just how much has been achieved by the graduate and everyone in their lives.

But, of course, the journey continues on...
