With insurance selections happening at work, I have to look towards next year and decide how much to add to my high deductible HSA. I also get the 25 year old male price drop on car insurance next year!
What else is in store for next year? Well, I expect it to be full of engagements, weddings, and babies. It's the new hip thing to do at my age. It's going to be a happy but expensive time of the year. It's definitely going to take a toll on my PTO and my wallet (really my savings though. who keeps cash in their wallets). I'm going to have to create a "Wedding" budget on my Mint; and I'm not even getting married myself!
Speaking of my wallet, by next year, I hope that my wallet becomes a money clip. With the introduction of Apple Pay, I'm hope mobile payments gains the traction to spread everywhere by the end of next year (I'm very optimistic). Banks (particularly, Citi) are definitely pushing the marketing of Apple Pay.
