Not So Acquired Dislike

People say that beer is an acquired taste. The Asian equivalent to acquiring the taste for beer is probably the smell of durian fruit. 

You probably dislike the smell of skunk like me. But I discovered last week that my friend, Hearthstone, actually adores the scent. Then I thought, how many things do we dislike just because we were told to dislike them? How many people secretly enjoy skunk smells and can't come out because of social prosecution?
