Permanent Daylight Savings Time
As many of you, I was saddened by the fact that this weekend was shortened by a hour. Changing the clock twice a year can be a hassle for clocks and for our health.
There has been quite of bit of debate on whether we should abandon Daylight Savings Time all together. To me, that didn't make any sense to me; I rather have an permanent Daylight Savings Time. I think most people would agree with me, particular those in the east coast as the sunset can be as earlier as 4:12. With a quick Google search, I'm not the only one to think that a permanent Daylight Savings Time: Vox had an article on it.
There are a few states in New England considering moving to the Atlantic Time Zone (but it would be difficult to do so because of federal laws).
