Picture Day!

You have probably experienced picture day at school many times in your life; today, it was picture for my team at work! It was a good feeling doing something as a team as one (that wasn't work) and we are all better for doing it. Our lovely administer took the team photo for us so it wasn't like a school photo. Sadly, there were no light umbrellas, no square chairs with tape on the ground to place your feet on, no awkward conversation/corny jokes, no awkward head tilt, and how can I forget the unnatural body posture with your hand on your lap. I'm glad my parents bought my elementary school photos because now I can see how handsome I was. I'm also glad they stopped buying them in middle school so I don't have to see myself go through my awkward years again.
I have always enjoyed photos deep inside my soul. During my awkward phase, I enjoyed them a bit less but still found them delightful. I never found myself to be extremely photogenic though but I wish was. Though I think I have a marvelous smile that many are envious of! As a regular reader of this blog, you already have seen many examples of little me and present me smiling. Now, you have another photo above, that was my senior photo in high school (Oh yes, white on white. No buttoning up for me!). During my years before college, I looked at high school yearbooks of seniors and always thought they looked so old and I wouldn't look their age. And I was right; I didn't look as old as my peer (I never have). But now when I'm at my parents' house and see high schoolers walk to school (My parents live ridiculous close to a high school), those students look so young and I ask myself, "I didn't look THAT young did I?". But the honest answer is "Yes, probably younger".
I do have a few questions though:
1. Why do people say "cheese" when taking a picture?
2. Why do people (Asians) like to show off the peace sign in photos?
3. Why did people stop giving each other bunny ears?

(Repost, I know. But I had too)
4. Why do I look so good with my signature thumbs up? (Yes, I do model. Just ask for my services)
