Ready Steady Go!

Coming from the best state ever, Rhode Island, I should be accustom to terrible driving. But whoever does the rating for drivers must have it all wrong. Drivers here in Indiana are terrible, worse than what I'm used to in little Rhody. There are much more people per square mile in the 401 than the 260 though.
I saw more t-bone accidents in my first couple months in Fort Wayne than I did previously in my entire life. It's probably due to the lengthy waits at left turn lights (And they last longer to only let three to four cars legally turn left). You could literally listen to an entire song waiting at a left turn signal. I am surprise with the more laid-back attitude than in the Northeast that so many people run red lights here.
With medians on most streets here in Indiana, I have perfected the U-Turn. I could pull at U-ey at anytime! If you don't know how to properly U-turn, it may turn into disaster (Pun intended). With medians, you may be required to do a u-turn to reach your destination. And the medians will be your worst enemies; for example if you miss your left turn, you may have just driven into a multi-mile detour. And I think I have figured out why there are so many pickup trucks here in the Mid-West, it's so they can easily run across the median without damaging their vehicle. I've seen this multiple times while my time here.
And the roads in the Hoosier state are incredible shape compared to the Ocean State. Rhode Island may have the worst roads in the United States. But it definitely taught me well to pay attention to the road and the potholes. The potholes may be as large as the sinkholes you've probably seen in the news (maybe a bit exaggerated). So, I'll blame all the terrible ratings for RI drivers due to the terrible roads!
And lastly, people cannot park correct. They park outside the lines more than a kindergarten colors outside the lines in a coloring book. And if there are no close parking spaces to their destination (Anything past 3 rows of parking), they make up their own parking spaces as soon below:

As you can see, it's not only one person either...
