With the cooler weather coming and the fall season to arrive next week, it's almost time for my favorite time of the year. While I will miss the longer periods of daylight, I'm done with the above 80 degree temperatures. This summer I only had a few days at the beach. I miss the scent and sounds of beach. The soothing sounds of the waves hitting the shore and the cool breeze from the water; it's just pure amazement. And with friends, it's just relaxing and fun. Doesn't Corona take advantage of the sensational atmosphere of the beach in its marketing? Everyone seems to have a picture like the one I took above in Florida.
With the arrival of the cooler climate, my schedule becomes more flexible. I can run immediately after work or as I did during the summer at night. The leaves will turn beautiful colors; probably more marvelous in your eyes since I'm color blind. Some nights will be sweater/hoodie weather! Sleeping with the window open and having it being chilly is something I'm certainly looking forward to.
