So Chinese Part Deux

So I was going to write about fulfilling my cravings for dried mango and Pocky... I knew I wrote about Haw Flakes and other Chinese enjoyments but I did not remember writing that last statement... Old habits never die...
If you haven't been to a Asian Market, you really should just wander around one. I'm ready to expand my cooking skills to more Asian foods/seasonings. While not the healthiest of foods, pan fried Chinese sausage is downright spectacular.
Are there tasty foods that you know of that I probably haven't experienced?
I'm going to attempt to cook with an ingredient I've never used before on once a week. This should definitely help me encounter diverse flavors and hopefully a better cook!
