Suga Suga How You Get So Fly?

Today I experienced my first airport issue. I have been through countless flying trips without hitting a hitch; I have even been "randomly" selected for an extra screen more than half the time. But today's experience was one that could have been on Airport, the show. But as expected with Fort Wayne, this would have been the "happy" segment of the show. People were very patient (well for the most part); an Army man with nice yellow sneakers even continued to smile even though he missed his flight. That is one of many things I love about Fort Wayne, the people are so friendly.
But the issue Delta Airlines was having was the computers were no printing any boarding passes and the checking-in may also had problems. But since the computers were freezing, everyone was just waiting at the Delta area. Could a plane really leave without its passengers? But thankfully we didn't have to see if it was possible; the printers started to print about ten minutes before the scheduled departure. But I was still worried about making my next flight but thankfully I made that flight by less than five minutes (Running across the Minnesota/St. Paul Airport like in the movies).
This meant I didn't get to eat anything but peanuts and pretzels for over eight hours. That's the thing about flying; eating and sleeping schedules just get wrecked! But I do like flying other than that; it is quite an enjoyable experience. But good thing for Master Wok at the Domain, I had a fulfilling meal! And I met an awesome waiter named Anthony there who also works for Six Pack Shortcut, very friendly and a pleasure to talk to! What a great second impression Austin has made already!
More to come this weekend!
