Summer Living
With watermelon and all that cookout and grilled food, one would think that weight gain would be easy in the summer. But that's not the case; it's quite the opposite. It's nearly impossible to even keep weight with all the outdoor activity (even if it's just walking). As a result, I had to purchase a few Ensure drinks to supplement my diet:

It's an extra 350 calories in order to maintain or gain weight; in my case, it's to maintain at my ideal weight! It's nearly impossible to eat enough calories throughout the day (time/money), so why not drink it! More than often, you hear about problems about people having trouble losing, but the difficulty of maintaining/gaining weight is a real issue too. Doing it in a healthy way is even more challenging (I have to keep that blood pressure under 120!).
Any suggestions?
