Summer Time Eating
BBQs. Ice Cream. Festivals. There are almost endless amounts of food temptations in the summer. How about some jalapeno poppers?!

So easy to make: Some cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hollowed out jalapeno all wrapped in bacon.
Thankfully, summer is also the most active time of the year. If I don't indulge myself with fatty foods and desserts with ice cream, I would lose weight with all the tennis, hiking, biking, and terrible golf play (which means much more walking than if I played well). Sadly, I won't reach "dad bod" status with this routine. But extreme hot weather will come around the corner and my activity level will drop.
What's your plans for the summer and keeping up with your health? Any quick recipes you would like to share? Personally, slices (or preferably chopped) of watermelon satisfies the right senses every time and you can eat so much of it since it's probably the least filling fruit.
