Switch to Electric Toothbrush and Shower Tip
It's not often I change any of my bathroom habits as I like to think I have mastered most of them throughout my 26 years of life. But as with everything in life, things can be improved.
Let's start off with something you may have already. I recently got an electric toothbrush, Sonicare (Flexcare). It's not my first electric toothbrush but the experience is much cleaner than I had with the Oral B model I had over 10 years ago; it was definitely less effective and clumsier. With the automated timer on the Sonicare, even alerting you when to switch sections of teeth to brush, I realized how long two minutes can really be... But it's less of a challenge brush with my left hand now.
Now, to the shower tip. What I did before was shower, then dried off in the shower with a towel. But now, I swipe the water off of my body before I open the shower curtain to grab my tower. The benefits? The combination of the movement of swiping the water off and the fact there is less water on my body allows me to be warmer when I open the curtain and let the cooler air in. Another benefit is that the towel is less wet. I hope you heed my advice.
And for those who dry themselves outside the shower... YOU MONSTER!
