T-Mobile Customer Service Comes Through again!

After receiving an increase in my T-Mobile bill, I contacted their customer service through Twitter. Turns out that they no longer accept AAA discounts which my family have been benefiting from for over 12 years (VoiceStream days). But the customer service representative didn't just stop there, they asked where I worked in order to check if I would qualify for a corporate discount. It turns out that Raytheon does have a partnership with T-Mobile and I would qualify for a pretty significant discount (15%). The responses were quick and precise; it was a pleasure communicating with T-Mobile (unlike Dell).
Quick Tip: Check with your phone company to see if your employer qualifies for discounts. Could be quick savings!
Speaking of Dell, I've only received a partial refund and I'm going to have to free an entire afternoon to deal with that... The worst. Well almost, Comcast takes the cake on that one...
