Thanks!

As the lay here on a bed at my parents' place, I realized the best holiday of the year has finally arrived. It has been slowly invaded by the evils of December holidays over the past few years. And this year was no different, Black Friday shopping has officially become Thanksgiving shopping with deals starting at 8pm of Thanksgiving. Trying to be positive here, maybe those retailers want to teach the importance of family and friends by persuading people to miss the entire Thanksgiving dinner (maybe breakfast and lunch too) this year. I know I'm too hopeful on this one...
So the question is on this day is: What are you thankful for?
First, I would like to thank the men and women who protect this great nation and all of its freedoms, without them, my life would not be possible.
I'm thankful for all the family and friends around me.
For my friends in Fort Wayne (And in nearby cities), it's amazing how much fun Fort Wayne can be and I am reminded everyday that it's not where you are but it's about who you are with. You are truly amazing friends (Uh-huh. Shut Up!) I just wish emoticons worked here. And the picture above: priceless. My experience since moving to Indiana has been a dream due to your efforts. I've done things I wouldn't have even imagined just one year ago.
For my friends that I moved away from last year, I'm in awe everyday that you still talk to me (everyone knows the the only reason I'm moved was to test my relationships...). I'm absolutely grateful that you still do because it is difficult to find free time in both of our busy schedules. I try my best to keep up with each one of you but it's never enough since its impossible to get enough stories and I wish I could be there to share those precious memories with you. It doesn't matter how far away I am, I'll try my best to the best friend I can be.
For my family, I am thankful for everything. The love. Knowing I always have a home to come to no matter the situation. Between every member of my family, I've become diverse in many ways of life and have become a much respected man for it. The great memories the past 23 or so years; there isn't enough words or time to describe it properly.
Finally, I'm thankful for having Festivus to look forward to!
As much as I want to express all my thankfulness, it's impossible for me. First of all, typing on a tablet isn't the most comfortable to type on (I blame all my mistakes on the tablet). I'm not good with expressing my emotions especially with words. And most significantly, there are no number of words that can sufficiently describe how thankful I am for everything I have since everyday that list keeps on growing.

Thumb up for all of you! (That guy photobombed every picture! :-O)
