That Just Happened
Just imagine that you were a player on the second worst team in the NFL according to the AP Power Rankings. The team is in arguably the worst state in the country with one of its most influential figures taking most pride of city and his talents to South Beach after the 2010 season. You could live without wearing that villainous team color.
Then, you're just listening to the radio and your life and career is turned around. You just became one of the key players on the team that has high hopes for the season and is performing well without much of a run game which you can provide. Though, you're slightly upset that you had to hear of the trade on the radio and not from your agent or either team. You are now along side a number one draft pick QB that's from Stanford that beat you in votes for the Heisman in the same year instead of a undrafted QB from Michigan State. The sight (literally and figuratively) is much more beautiful as well.
For Trent Richardson, this is reality. For the Colts, this is a game changer.
