The Cold Strikes Again

After uncovering 4 inches of snow off Electra, this was what I was left with...

I was left with an unscrapable layer of ice after not having driven anywhere since the snow storm that hit Saturday night. Yup, that means I braved the overly occupied grocery store before the storm and even cooked yesterday! But I had to sit in my car waiting for the ice to defrost with less cold air until the defrosting air got to room temperature.

Once again, local schools have been delayed due to the cold/winter weather. They haven't had many full days of school this year. The local school system have added a hour of schooling to their day for an entire month in order to combat the number of cancelled school days. Sadly this means I won't be able tutor my student for a next month. With a terrible winter comes a shorter summer. Imagine staying an extra hour of classes while you were in school...
