The New Yorker Move
The day has arrived. The New Yorker will officially be on his way to Denver. And before he hits the road, he had movers move his ridiculous amounts of fancy stuff. Let me say this, moving is not cheap! Good thing it is tax deductible if you're moving for a job. And paying $300 for just supplies? Probably half of that cost was towards the extreme amounts of tape they used. But after three hours, the New Yorker's stuff is on the way.

This made me think that it would probably be more efficient for me to buy all new things when I move again rather than paying for movers. This would also allow me to avoid the flaky moving schedules and signing my life away ten times over. I don't have much stuff that I really care for (besides my Lego ships). But I don't know whether that is a positive or negative thing...
It is a sad day to see him leave but I'm very excited for his new journey in life as well. He will say goodbye to Fort Wayne and will say hello to Denver. The New Yorker will remain a lifelong friend.
