After a week or so to get the proper tools, I am off and carving wood! Yup, that's right, I'm ready to reduce my time on Reddit and social networks to produce wood products. So with my Dremel 4000, a few Saburr Tooth burrs, and the most important item, The Wood, I initiated my wood carving career. It all started as a block of wood:
It with a half hour or so of the use of my Dremel rotary tool, I made someone to watch over me. Let's call him TW (The Wood) Jr.
He loves his Nike's! Of course they're TW (Tiger Woods) shoes. While he may not look very impressive, I wanted to practice with the tools and why not make a little guy at the same time. I thought my first quick session went well and I escaped with only a couple of scrapes from the burrs. I realized that this hobby is most definitely going to teach me the virtue of patience. In the fast pace world that we live in today, patience isn't prevalent in most personalities but it will be significant in creating a better world. I'm exciting to create many other works of art!
