Waiting
First it was suppose to be released a couple months ago. Then, it was suppose to be October 15. There was hope the release was last Thursday but it turned out to be a company party. Some people even hoped it was going to be yesterday. Now the rumors are for tomorrow, Halloween, or November 1. It would only be proper to release the Nexus 5 and Android KitKat.

I don't think I've experienced so many "leaks" for one product EVER. It's worse than chocolate on a hot summer day. We know everything about the Nexus 5: 4.95" 1080P display, 2.3 GHz Snapdragon, etc. priced at $350. Even Google had the webpage for the Nexus 5 out in the open. Remember all of this started with the video unveiling Android KitKat (picture aboved) in which an employee is seen using the Nexus 5. I am jaded about all this Nexus 5 news; I feel like it's an outdated device already. Can we just get it over with?! In the current market, specs dominate; will that change soon? Is the Moto X the phone that begins that trend where the software and hardware working in perfect harmony beat out pure numbers?
Finally SMS messaging is going to be integrated into Google Hangouts! (But no Google Voice for Android device, yet iOS does) This week may be a significant update week for Google including Glass hardware upgrades, Google+ updates (major image features), Hangouts (including improving video), new and improved reCAPTCHAs, and potentially Android KitKat (and the Nexus 5). I'm sure there's much more that Google hasn't told the public and will let users figure them out themselves as they always do.
P.S. Where is my Google Hangouts Update?!
