Welcome to the Best Month
It's the best month of the year. The leaves are falling and changing colors (I can't wait to step on those leaves), the crisp autumn air is moving in, and it's about the perfect weather to run outside. Apples are to be eaten and pumpkins are appearing. Even the artist, Drake, is obsessed with October: "I'm just so far gone, october's own"/"Look, I'm the property of October" and he even started his own record label, OVO Sound, standing for October's Very Own.
October is commonly known for Halloween and Columbus Day. These often means a day off from school for children and free candy! Then for the adults, you have pumpkin flavored lattes and pumpkin beer! Of course, football is in full force and it's the only time where majority of baseball fan actual watch baseball. And the NHL season starts!
And who can forget the most important day in October? United Nations Day. Or is that National Nut Day two days prior?
Who can possibly argue that October isn't the best month of the entire year?
