Wonderful Day
What a beauty of a day we had in Fort Wayne. The warm temperature has finally arrived (over 70 degrees) and I took full advantage with a late morning bike ride. That's two bike rides on consecutive days! Instead of getting a computer for the sole purpose of bike riding, I downloaded a great app, Runkeeper. Here are my stats for the day:
Please keep in mind I'm a total newbie before you criticize! I don't even have any of those tight butt cushioning shorts (yet)! Any tips for a rookie like me?
