Working Food Out

I don't think the hardest part of working out is the exercise. It's planning the meals around exercise that is the difficult part. Should I eat before or after working out?
If you eat before, you'll have to wait to rest your body. And stomach trouble may occur, especially if you eat something upsetting. And if I eat before exercising but after work, it would waste the precious sunlight time. But there's always fast food, right? Most people can't do it but my body has become accustomed to it. I would like to think it began in high school where we, as a team, got Burger King before practice and matches. Or just my body is superior! But I want to be Forever Young! (Primarily because I can eat anything)
If I eat after active activity, I'll be hungry and will imagine food in my head throughout the activity. I always feel lame like a loser when hungry because I already feel weak and I can't push my body as much as I would like. And cooking after strenuous exercise is not the most fun thing to do. I rather just pass out on my bed. And how am I suppose to cook dishes like the one above when I'm tired? And usually, I'm not even hungry right after working out but I know I should to help my body Recover (Get at protein to repair those muscles!). After a hour though, I'm usually starved to death! What is a kid suppose to do?
But I've decided what to do. I've decided to eat before AND after. Hopefully it makes my workouts better and I'll see Day N Nite differences. More Food More Happiness, that's a common saying right? What's better than two meals and a good sweat? It's especially good when you sweat so much that you can smell/taste the salt in the shower. While that's a good physical work out. There's nothing better than learning how to program better for mental exercise. I need to put more effort in that; I've been slacking lately.
